“The Crayfish were absolutely delicious. We served them as a starter for a lunch of scientists - the theme was 'invasive species'! - and they went down very well. The crayfish arrived on the date you said they would and were beautifully packed in dry ice, bubble wrap and polystyrene box. I like the fact that you gave me a return label so that I could send the empty box back to you! I would certainly order fish from you again! Thank you”
