“When I placed my order I didn't expect it to come frozen. When it arrived I left the smoked herrings to defrost and unfortunately after that the fish was so soggy and didn't taste nice at all. Not a great experience unfortunately and I wouldn't order again.”

“The buckling was delivered very quickly (next day, I think) and beautifully packaged. When I was ready to use it I set my husband to filleting them, which he said was easier than expected. He is a smoked fish fan and said he believes the filleting went well because they were top quality fish, excellently smoked. The resultant soft pate I made was considered a great success (modesty!) and everyone remarked on the delicate flavour of the buckling. Thank you.”
