“Delicious, the smoking was much lighter than imagined. The heating states 10 minutes at 160 degrees, however next time i’ll try 15 minutes as the haddock was still cold. I also stripped one fish covered it in butter and then placed it in the warming drawer whilst I stripped the second. Our first Arbroath Smokie experience and it won’t be our last, highly recommended…”
