“The cod roe would no doubt have been as good as the first lot I ordered, but on this occasion The Fish Society decided to make a massive extra charge for posting to the Highlands, which more than doubled the cost. Given that this was only an envelope there was even less reason for this outrage than there would normally have been. The person I emailed came back and said that I had previously had it sent to Devon - perfectly true - I also sent some to a friend, but failed to acknowledge that they has already supplied me here without extra charge, and they were somewhat rude in the exchange and refunded me what I had paid on the site. Not a good customer experience with an outfit who make much of wanting to give service, and south or north I shall not be using or recommending them.”
