“I have eaten smoked cod roe for many years and it has become increasingly difficult to find. When it is available it is often disappointing as it is either too dry or over-smoked. This cod roe is almost perfect, great texture, excellent flavour and very well salted and smoked. This is the best I have had in a long time, I can not remember when I have had better.”
