“170621 The cods roe was smoked to perfection, just balanced and delicious, from spotting it on the web to receiving it was simple and very efficient, delivery bang on time. “Beautiful stuff: firm, a lovely colour, and a splendid flavour. Made my first batch of Taramasalata - good, but can see how to improve the way I did it. The roe would probably be more of a delicacy standing gloriously alone, so will try that with the other half.”
