“We really love Taramasalata made with this smoked cod roe, it is nothing like that you can buy in the supermarkets in taste/flavour and appearance. It's not bright pink for a start! Makes a decent quantity and keeps well in the fridge.”

“It was delivered (dead on time) to friends in the UK, who then brought it to France. Apparently there was a lot of packaging, but it stayed frozen and I'm munching my way through the first delicious pack. Very scrummy - in fact one of the best I've ever eaten. Buy some. Now. You won't regret it.”
