“Beautiful, cooked in milk and butter,then served with an added knob of butter ,little vinegar shaken on top with a slice of bread and butter, delicious way to start the day.”

“I have had the Haddock loin steaks and also a large whole fillet of Haddock both smoked. Excellent service as always and not one stray bone found anywhere. I am now looking forward to my next delivery of Cod Roe Wings, You cannot beat the real thing, not hip-hop bought for our of a tin and usually greasy when cooked. Clive Lewis”
