“These were bebeautifI steamed them in paper and they were lovely The cod I used some in a steamed dish great. Then I deep fried some in batter as good as buying it and as I am gluten free eating out can be difficult so this was wonderful. Skate again I deep fried it in batter my husbands favorite I will be ordering again in a few weeks time”
