“This is my second purchase of kippers and this time I poached them as per the instructions. They were better cooked this way than when I baked them, not so tough. However, they rolled up and the flesh was still relatively firm compared to kippers bought from the supermarket.”

“First time order. Very impressed by availablitiy of delivery dates and packaging. Fish arrived frozen. Excellant quality fish, really nice flavour a bit salty at first but this seemed to wear off after a few mouthfulls. Better than supermarket fish. Will definately reorder.”
