“The fish arrived in perfect condition and took about three hours to defrost. We cooked in foil in oven for about 45 mins – it served 16 people and was delicious!”

“Delivery bang on time and fish was still perfectly frozen as you said it would be. We stored it in the freezer for a few days and then enjoyed it at a family gathering on Boxing Day. Very tasty! If you are able to do so, I'd be interested if you could tell me where you source your organic salmon from. I like to know the provenance of the food we eat.
