“The carp was mushy in places and the bone structure was even worse than usual. It was a large carp but not much edible meat. My boyfriend wound up having surgery to remove a bone from his throat, and he has been eating carp for Christmas for over 50 years without incident. A Christmas tradition ruined not just this year, but for the future.”
