“My carp was delivered promptly and in good condition. I stewed it according to Izaak Walton's recipe (this was as part of a 17th century Lenten feast) and we all enjoyed it. Next time, I intend to try spit-roasting a pike!”

“The delivery of the fish was very efficient, well tracked and notified so that I knew exactly when it was arriving. It was still completely frozen solid when unpacked and when defrosted looked just like a freshly caught and prepared fish. This was the first time we had eaten carp - cooked in the oven with lemon and herbs it gave us a delicious course for our Polish Christmas Eve feast. Thank you !”
