“First time buying from Fish Society so I had a few Qs after placing my order that Cassandra helped with. Tuna arrived as promised, we halved it the following day so we could put some back in the freezer, and made tuna Tartare with the other half. Wow! Top quality Fish. Proper winner as a wee starter for our bbq.”

“Great value, but the flavour is mild. If you’re relying on the fish for flavour - the Saku block is spectacular. If you’re using a lot of marinade, this is a good budget alternative. Some sinew but overall would buy again”
