“Very nice indeed. Grills in minutes and I added lemon pepper to mine as I was grilling them. Nice, white and meaty with some delicious fat around the edges. Two steaks serves two people no problem. The fish was well packed and iced and left according to instructions, on time. Expensive though. This isn't for someone on a budget”

“A good size and relatively consistent in size between the two steaks. I haven’t had swordfish before so can’t compare it with anything else I’ve had quality or price wise. Were still really frozen when delivered, which was great as they were going to remain in freezer.”

“Was told they were better than my guests had ever had even at fish restaurants (although I do attribute that to my cooking also ;) ) they were a great size, nice and thick, really excellent steaks.”
