“Crab is my favourite food. I’m a fisherman’s daughter and we always enjoyed crab at home. Living a long way from the coast now, it’s difficult for me to find good crab. I’ve tried other merchants but this year tried a new supplier. Not only was the crab tastier, but very importantly the flesh came away from the cartilage easily which is the acid test of having been properly cooked and immediately chilled. Thanks so much! A great Christmas lunch.”
