“Delicious but expensive. Taste; flavour and texture comparable to Halibut and Cod. I've always wanted to taste Turbot and am glad I've been able to do so through TFS but I doubt I'll order again due to its cost too similar to other fish.”

“excellent - i used the recipe on the site (slightly adapted) a really nice treat if a little expensive but we all know that Turbot is expensive used a champagne sauce on the fish plus drank the rest of the champagne with it - a real treat”
