“I've never had turbot before, I'm so happy to have been able to order it as a treat. It's truelly sublime. I roasted it with capers, parsley, butter, white wine. Served with a lemon and caper risotto. Wonderful. The quality of the fish was amazing. The fish raw, smelled just like the sea. This is going to be my Xmas meal.”

“The Turbot arrived frozen as described and expected and it was so, damn, tasty! Really easy to prepare prior to cooking and not a complicated fish to deal with in any way. Worth it for the price and would impress at a dinner party (post-Covid).”

“This was an amazing fish - roated in the oven for 40 min with sweet potato, peppers and onion in herbs and oil. Delicious and looked awesome in the roasting tin directly onto the table. The medium size was just right for 4 people.”
