“The item arrives as one, nicely cleaned fillet - and not cut, as shown on the picture. Nevertheless, it looked very, very fresh, had a pleasant, unbeatable aroma of ocean without any fishy undertones. The flesh is firm, springy, ideal for precision cutting. You can see right away the difference between this one and the ones available in supermarkets - The Fish Society one wins hands down. Will order again!”
