“I have to admit it hasn't been eaten yet, it has been cut into portions and frozen. I don't eat fish but my husband loves it and as we had two filled fridges of food it was best we froze it. I shall certainly be buying more fish from The Fish Society as there are no fish shops near us and the supermarkets just don't stock many varieties and I'm afraid I am dubious of where they get their fish from anyway. I found the information given about where the fish comes from and its Soil Association marks very helpful and reassuring.”

“I’m sure it would have been yummy had I not been called on 23rd December to say they could not fulfil my order. Very disappointing when it had been ordered weeks previous.”

“I wanted a whole salmon but they were too big: got this instead, baked it in foil and served with sauce Messine (Elizabeth David), very pleased with the result.”
