“I was making the bream with tandoori potatoes but there was no bream so I subbed the sea bass. The fish was some of the best we've tasted & so fresh! I think the potato mixture could do with either a little oil or water to moisten the spice paste a little but the recipe was very easy & excellent. I will definitely will be making this again & using the Fish Society for the fish! A lovely meal for Good Friday.”
