“Literally just cooked them tonight, beautiful meaty fish that I pan fried & placed on a nice fennel, shallot sauce, it was exquisite, definitely if you’re looking for a special dinner party wow factor, then go for this fish, so easy to cook.”

“This is a new one for me, I love trying the different fish. Just seasoned, pan fried in olive oil 2 mins each side then basted with butter and served with lemon. What a treat - totally delicious!”
