“the boxed package did not arrive until 4:30pm the next day and its contents were partially defrosted in places. I immediately placed all in a freezer. I have since defrosted the bass fillets and whirebait and following shallow fry of the sea bass fillets. found them to break up and had a lack of taste but still acceptable to eat. I have cooked fish many ways over 30 years so know how to cook and whilst I accept it still could have been due to not correct oil temperature, my belief is the refreezing had been the cause of this problem.”
