“the boxed package did not arrive until 4:30pm the next day and its contents were partially defrosted in places. I immediately placed all in a freezer. I have since defrosted the bass fillets and whirebait and following shallow fry of the sea bass fillets. found them to break up and had a lack of taste but still acceptable to eat. I have cooked fish many ways over 30 years so know how to cook and whilst I accept it still could have been due to not correct oil temperature, my belief is the refreezing had been the cause of this problem.”

“Lovely long sea bass fillets with no bones. Just pop in the pan and enjoy, and we did, over fish stew with monkfish cheeks, mussels and salmon. Delicious!”
