“Prior to discovering the Fish Society last summer all our fish came from supermarkets. Their fillets, particularly white fish, were always too small and the freshness doubtful. Not only are the Fish Society fillets larger but the flavour is so much better. We have never come across a bone in these or any other FS fish and when thawed all fish has been as good as fresh.”

“These medium size fillets were a good size, one fillet being a good individual portion. This was my first experience ordering frozen ‘premium’ fish and I was not disappointed. Will definitely order again.”
