“Massive perfect Monkfish steaks provided a wonderful main course. I pan fried in butter and a little oil, added a little garlic at the end, then after turning, 5 mins in the oven. I service with sliced tomatoes and basil, partially fried in butter. Absolutely food for Kings and Queens. Better than lobster. I will buy again.”

“The Fish Society Monkfish steaks are always nice solid chunk of fish whereas tails bought in supermarkets so often come with odd loose bits and tangles of skin. These are destined together with a squid pouch and some salt cod for Rick Stein's seafood cassoulet.”
