“They arrived perfectly frozen and I have not cooked them yet they are still defrosting. I will either combine them with the Thai green curry sauce that I also purchased, or my usual favourite with green peppers, spring onions and black bean sauce. The size is a bit smaller than I envisaged but they are trimmed and cartilage free. I love monkfish as it is a meaty firm fish with no bones.”
