“Will certainly reorder. The steaks have plenty of flesh & very easy to prepare (simply) and to eat. One of my favourite fish but these even impressed others who normally do not like skate!”

“I gave the skate to a friend who is helping us with food deliveries in the current crisis as a "thank-you". This is his response: Dear Martin, The skate was, to use an overworked phrase, awesome. I’ve bought skate in Cornwall still with the skin on fresh out of the briny, and this one was up there with it. How the Fish Society manage this is remarkable. I’m in! Thank you so much.”
