“Complete order arrived on time and in perfect condition (no mean feat in the run-up to Christmas). The black cod arrived frozen and when defrosted was perfectly fresh. Marinated in Miso, Mirin and Sake for 4 days and grilled. Delicious, unctuous a very decadent treat for Christmas day!”
