“Very nice, tasty and fulsomely satisfying fish, especially in its larger size configuration, which is what I ordered. Unfortunately, despite all the youtube tutorials available, I'm not much cop at skinning fish, so although I prefer my fish on the bone but skinned, that option was not available, and it was a choice of either filleted or whole...so since filleted was off the bone, I chose whole. In retrospect, and although it was my first time skinning, I made a reasonable job of it, and the result, though not exactly the Mona Lisa visually, was magnificent in the flavour department! So now I have a new skill, and 2 more whole fish in my freezer...a happy person!”

“A beautiful fish that is delicious baked or fried. I think Megrim are underrated. We enjoy the fillets as well as the whole fish. Fish Society always sell excellent quality fish.”
