“Excellent fish fillets, I forgot to pin bone but only had 2 small bones in my fillet. They tasted really fresh and mixed well with my marinade of olive oil, spring onions, garlic and paprika. Such good eating and healthy goodness for our bodies.”

“A disappointing experience to receive the order in the mid afternoon and to find the fish completely defrosted. If frozen fish is advertised to be as good as fresh then it should be in that condition so that that can be determined by the purchaser. Totally unacceptable.”

Good afternoon Graham We're sorry that your fish was not hard frozen on arrival but so long as it was cold to the touch then it is perfectly OK to refreeze.
