Hello we are sorry that you didn't enjoy the jellied eels. Unfortunately the jelly does split due to the freezing process. I have also sent you a private response.

“First ever jellied eels so I cannot compare it to anything else I know. Having said that, the experience was much more pleasant than we expected!”

“My husband is recovering after radiotherapy for cancer. He decided that he would love jellied eels but said he didn’t know where we could source them, especially in just a small amount. I took up the challenge and came across the Fish Society who had exactly what I wanted. These arrived immediately by courier and were brilliantly packed to keep them fresh. My husband was not only surprised but in rapture over how good they were, they made his day.”
