“Really LOVE these Herrings, I was SO glad when I found that you had them,...I guess it would cost more, the ONLY thing I wish is that there was, maybe a bit of 'paper' between fillets as it's only ME that eats them and I don't really want to defrost them all at once.... But they are super succulent and am an 'addict'!”

“Firstly, as ever, brilliant delivery service, on time, perfectly packed, absolutely top dollar. Maatjes, which frustratingly you just can't get in UK beyond you guys, was just delicious as ever. Really fresh and tasty, might as well have been in Amsterdam by a herring stall. Once again a very happy customer, if you have never tried this very singular take on herring, limited to NL and the Fish Society, you really should...Zeer lekker...hartelijk bedankt...”

“That arrived when they said they wood and were cold enough to re-freeze ( took 4 out ) and ate them within one hour. Very nice, but slightly saltier than what I would call “Hollandse nieuwe” Still wonderful to eat here in this country, where you just can’t go to your local fish cart on the corner. Glad to have heard about this company”
