“The product itself is excellent but the container was broken on the bottom. I put it in the fridge to thaw without realising the container damage. Next day, oil over every thing below it in the fridge. I had no reason to suspect the damage occurred in transit. It seemed more likely it occurred in the pre-despatch packing area. I will purchase again from you but your packing area must inspect individual product containers carefully, especially where preserving oils are involved.”
