“This was my first time ordering the black cod aka sable. I had only had sable smoked from NY delis so I was excited to make my own creation with this unique fish. I pan fried it lightly and the taste was top notch restaurant quality. Not fishy smelling or tasting, smooth and light, and incredible with a dash of soy sauce. Definitely recommend.”
