“I came from East Asia where many sushi restaurants would sell Engawa sashimi and sushi, seared or unseared. I struggled to find it in the UK and this is perfect. If people find it too chewy, it's simply that you don't like this part of the fish. Just google Engawa and you will know this is the fin of the fish.”
