“Very poor for a number of reasons. 1. There was a tendon running the length of the block, a thin one, but sufficient to effect cutting. 2. Once defrosted the block was soaking, I could squeeze copious amounts of water out of the block, and again from each slice. 3. Once defrosted the colour changed from purple to grey. The result was a completely tasteless tuna. It went into the bin.”
