“A fine cut, delivered very well packaged. Insulated -Key factor, Dry Ice -keep the temperature LOW. AND because someone has there head screwed on right, 'Blue Ice' - for thermal mass, the ability to absorb large quantities of heat. But I digress........Fine quality tuna, perfect texture, great flavour.”

“For sashimi tuna I followed the instructions on the packet left it out in the bag with room temperature in 6 hours. Then it feel like fish got water in it when you eat it. If i buy it again I would do the same as with salmon take out from bag then left it in the fridge.”
