“Unfortunately the cut wasn't great and it smelled very fishy. Also, have you downgraded your packaging as it wasn't frozen when I received the delivery. Luckily we were planning on using the fish the day of delivery.”

Hi Tom Thanks for your review. First - we are aware that our current stock of tuna contains some imperfect specimens. These are difficult to remove from the stock as the imperfections are hard to see without defrosting. We have removed packs where the imperfections are clear without defrosting. I've put a small credit on your account to say "Sorry". We are moving to a new supply imminently. Re the packaging, we haven't made any changes between your first and second orders. However, I would point out that we do not guarantee to deliver your fish frozen (which would be very challenging or very expensive for your order which comprised 4 pcs of fish weighing 480g). The laws of physics are hard to defy. But we do guarantee your fish will be very cold, and in fact suitable to refreeze. “At a glance I knew it was not good quality as I am a Japanese and a big fan of quality sushi. The colour was dull and tastes not good sashimi quality. The value for money is disappointingly low. Sad.”
