“Absolutely excellent. Good texture and taste with a subtle smoke so you don't lose the flavour of the fish. We first had smoked halibut in Belgium but it is very difficult to get here. Much better than smoked salmon we think and this is a superb version. Well packed and delivered as indicated. I have already made another order. Thank you.”

“Really good smoked halibut and nicely sliced. I have not bought it frozen before but found that the flavour was not affected.”
