“Remembering the only time I had tasted this fish, in Gibraltar many years ago I recently ordered Smoked Tuna and I was not disappointed. It has a salty sweetness but goes great with a small bunch of Water Cress and thinly sliced Cucumber. When matched with Smoked Sturgeon and a slice of Smoked Salmon it creates a wonderful 'threesome' as a starter. Smoked fish lovers dream.”
