“Good scallops, clearly fresh, cooked well, with no shrinkage from added water. I coated them in a miso-based paste, flash fried and then used them to top cucumber-wrapped gunkan nigiri. A bit of a variety of sizes in one pack; I think I would prefer them to be graded and packed as 'baby', 'medium', 'large' etc. perhaps?”
