“Due to delay in delivery scallops had completely defrosted and I would not order again if using same delivery service. I followed delivery on my phone the day fish should have arrived and delivery van was only a couple of miles from my house . Disappointed.”

Hi Anne, We do apologise that your parcel was delayed. As we entrust our parcels to the courier, we have no control over their deliveries. We do hope to put your mind at ease - although the scallops were defrosted, if they are cold, they are safe to consume and to freeze.
