“A compact way to produce a really decent paella for 2 people. Although it is authentic I'd personally like to replace the chicken with more prawns or roeless scallops.Thaws in about 2 hours on my oven's special defrost setting. It is worth adding snails though I find better to buy Fish Society tray of twelve snails and use 6 in each of two paellas.”
