“The Wolf fish fillets were a disappointment but it may have been my fault. They arrived perfectly wrapped and frozen and after slow thawing, I floured them and fried them off. A bit fibrous, the flakes fell apart and the flavour was rather undistinguished and somehow watery. Fish pie maybe next time?”
