“I'm afraid the tomato element in this soup overwhelmed the lobster. So much so I felt I was having a tomato soup rather than a lobster bisque. Also I could not de=ect any lobster bits. Disappointing.”

“Reasonable amount, very tasty, especially with a packet of picked lobster added to a panful of 4 packets. A slosh of brandy & a little cream also add even more depth of flavour. Not a cheap starter but wonderful for an early "Christmas Eve" celebration.”
