“I cooked two batches and had the same result with each. There is an excess of batter that failed to become crisp and the squid was very fishy tasting. I binned them.”

“Lovely quality calamari. Only marked down because we found the batter to thick and salty. I hasten to add that we don’t add salt to our food and so we are probably over sensitive. Still very nice though.”
