“Firstly with the new packaging my delivery arrived defrosted and the delivery was just dropped outside my residence so I was unaware of it's arrival until I checked my e-mails several hours later but I was home all day. Unfortunately I tried to make them crispy gain when cooking them without success.”

Hello On our website under the heading ingredients, we say that the battered squid rings are 35% squid and 65% batter. We do sell raw squid rings should you be tempted to try a homemade version and that way you could reduce the squid to batter ratio.
