“I contacted your support team about the Langoustines... I paid £83 for two packets of large langoustines and the freshness and quality of the final product was very disappointing. I am very familiar with cooking FRESH langoustines so I was able to compare the final results and it was really below par... I got a £30 credit on my next order but I am unlikely to ever order Langoutines from you! I think the fact that you are soaking them in water is a big mistake and damage the final end product. Perhaps it has some packaging virtues but I frankly believe the final quality of the product is more important... Freezing Langoustines is perhaps not adapted too...”

“Unfortunately I found the langoustines a little dissapointing. Once cooked there was very little flesh in them, probaly about a teaspoonful, unlike the ones I have had previously in a restuarant where there was plenty of flesh on them. Will probably not buy again as they are nopt cheap.”
