“Why call our Scottish prawns langoustines? That's the French name. You don't say Dublin bay Langoustines do you? It annoys me that food writers and chefs use this term. Regards,Sandy Law.”

“I was initially very sceptical about frozen steam. I had got used to getting them delivered alive. However, I eat my words (and of course, yummy, langoustines) they were as good if not better than the live ones, and over perfect not suffering from two days in a plastic tube! Would thoroughly recommend all their fish and shellfish?”
